Can a depressed mood appear after a few weeks of using Zafrilla if it has been well tolerated so far?

If a depressive mood occurs due to Zafrilla, can this also happen after a few weeks? I've been taking Zafrilla for 4 weeks now because of endometriosis & have tolerated it great so far, but now I'm getting into a hole. Can this come from Zafrilla?

Yes, mood changes, including low mood or depression, can occur even after a few weeks of using Zafrilla, as hormonal contraception can affect the endocrine system and neurotransmitters. Although you tolerated the medicine well for the first month, such symptoms may develop with a delay. It is worth consulting a doctor to assess whether Zafrilla is the cause of your mood problems and whether you need to change your treatment or provide additional support.
