Taken in 27dc because I have an irregular period and in 32dc there was 3 days of spotting, will I get a normal period? Does this pill work in such a way that it causes spotting first?

Yes, a very common side effect after taking Escapelle is vaginal bleeding in the form of irregular spotting or bleeding. These symptoms are observed in ≥1/10 of patients. The morning-after pill can also affect the timing of menstruation, menstrual bleeding can occur earlier or later than it should. This is a common side effect of Escapelle (seen in ≥1/100 to <1/10 patients). It is difficult to clearly determine when the proper menstrual bleeding will occur, especially since you menstruate irregularly. In most women, the next menstrual bleeding occurs within 5-7 days of the expected date.
