Go to your GP and ask them for a blood test to check the level of vitamin B12 in your body. Maybe she was overdosed. I had the same thing, only my side effects were much more dangerous, it was so that I ended up in a mental ward because I didn't know what was happening to me. Half a year has passed and I have not yet fully recovered. You need to be careful with the dosage of vit b12 injections and regularly check its level in the blood. Only proper supplementation guarantees success ... too much is not healthy.. I drank a lot of water and supplemented with vitamin C 500mg once a day for 1 week.
