You can get a flu shot while taking Maviret. These drugs do not interact with each other.
However, it should be borne in mind that the vaccine may interfere with the test results, according to the manufacturer:
"If the patient is on immunosuppressive therapy, the immune response may be weakened. After influenza vaccination, false positive results of serological tests using the ELISA method were observed to detect antibodies to HIV-1, hepatitis C virus, and especially HTLV-1. The Western Blot technique allows you to verify the results. Transient false positive results may be caused by IgM antibodies resulting from the vaccine response."
