If you vomit Bisocard 2.5 mg during a rotavirus infection that causes vomiting, do not take another dose immediately after vomiting. If you have vomited within 30 minutes of taking the medicine, there is a risk that the tablet has not been absorbed. If this is the case, contact your doctor to determine if you should take another dose.

If more than 30 minutes have passed, it is likely that the tablet has been partially absorbed and there is no need to take another dose unless your doctor tells you to. Do not increase the dose of the drug on your own to make up for a miss. Please continue taking the medication as prescribed by your doctor.

It is important to drink plenty of fluids during a rotavirus infection to replenish the losses caused by vomiting and diarrhea. If symptoms persist or worsen, contact your doctor to rule out dehydration and consider supportive treatment.
