Switching from Citabax to Venlectine should be done as your doctor has told you.
Usually, there is a gradual discontinuation of Citabax and a slow increase in the dose of Venlectine, which we wrote about in the opinion:
However, there may be indications, such as the presence of bothersome side effects of Citabax, to implement other therapeutic procedures, in accordance with the recommendations of the attending physician.
