Olanzapine and Opacorden are prescription medications. They can be combined if they have been prescribed by one doctor or by doctors who have been informed about all the preparations used.
Amiodarone, the active ingredient in Opacorden, inhibits the metabolism of olanzapine. As a result, the side effects of olanzapine may be increased. The dose of olanzapine used should be reviewed if a preparation that inhibits its metabolism is introduced into treatment.
If side effects of medicines are observed while taking Opacorden and olanzapine, they should be reported to your doctor.
