It is unlikely that you will become pregnant immediately after you stop taking Zafrilla because it may affect ovulation and there is a slightly increased risk of ectopic pregnancy. Zafrilla is not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women and the menstrual cycle returns to normal within 2 months after discontinuation of treatment. If you are planning pregnancy, it is best to consult your doctor to determine the appropriate time to stop taking the medication.
