Can I increase my dose on my own Neurotop Retard?

Good morning, I am suffering from epilepsy after surgery to remove a brain tumor and I suffer from epilepsy, I take medications neurotop 300 and vetira 500, with time the attacks were less and less until they finally stopped, for 4 years I did not have one, but the last two days occurred two during the day without loss of consciousness, previously I had with loss of consciousness, my attending physician is now on leave and I do not know what to do, can I increase the neurptop from 300 myself out of 600 ?
