How do I change from Evra to Lindinet contraceptive pills?

Good night! I used the Evra patch for 3 days. The worst side effects began and I want to switch to Lindinet 20. I took off the plaster an hour ago. Tell me, please, how to do this?
Start taking pills from the first day of withdrawal bleeding? Or take the first Lindinet 20 tomorrow evening?

To maintain protection, the first tablet of Lindinet 20 should be taken after the last (third) Evra patch has been removed or no later than 7 days after the last (third) patch has been removed.

If you do not tolerate the patches well, you can switch to Lindinet now, i.e. in the middle of the patch cycle. However, in such a case, the protection may be reduced. You should use additional contraception in the form of a condom for the entire period of using the pills from the first Lindinet blister. Protection will be maintained for the next (second) blister.
