I took an extra tablet of Axia Conti at 11 pm due to diarrhoea - what time should I take my next tablet?

If I normally take Axia Conti tablets at 5 p.m., and at 8 p.m. I had diarrhea (one watery stool with a huge stomach pain) and I took an additional tablet at 11 p.m., can I take the pill at the same time the next day, i.e. 5 p.m., or do I have to start at 11 p.m.?
