Hello, I have an unusual question. I have been using dionnelle for 4 years without taking a break for menstruation. I never take them at the same time, sometimes at 8 p.m., sometimes at 11 p.m., sometimes around 1 a.m. For a few days I have had orange spotting without itching or unpleasant smell. My lower stomach hurts. Is it possible to get pregnant without having a period for 4 years?

Theoretically, pain in the pelvic area can occur when using contraceptive pills. If the ailment worsens, it is worth seeing a doctor. If the problem persists for a long time (or repeats in subsequent cycles), I also encourage you to see a doctor.
I don't think it's an infection, nothing burns, nothing itches. There are 10 tablets left to the end of the package. There is more discharge than usual. the stomach hurts as if for menstruation .. not too much.

Minor mid-cycle spotting may occur in patients who use the drug without a break for withdrawal bleeding. If the discharge is abnormal and does not resemble physiological spotting, you should see a gynaecologist for an examination. Discoloured vaginal discharge combined with abdominal pain may indicate, for example, an intimate infection. Analyzing the description - I don't think there is a risk of getting pregnant, even if you delay taking the pill for a few hours.
