If you miss the withdrawal bleeding break, you have to take into account the risk of mid-cycle bleeding, which can persist even throughout the cycle. This is nothing alarming. This is a common reaction of the body to skip a break.
I attach a note from the Levomine dossier: "The onset of bleeding can be delayed for any time, but no later than until the second pack is finished. Mid-cycle bleeding or spotting may occur during this time."
