The break should not be extended, even if bleeding has not occurred - a new disc should be applied as before, i.e. after a 7-day break. If no bleeding occurs during the break, it is worth taking a pregnancy test before inserting a new disc. The result can already be considered reliable if more than 8-10 days have passed since intercourse.
