According to the SmPC of Telam, the tablet is convex on both sides, which means that it cannot be divided in half. What's more - the leaflet clearly states that the pill should be used in its entirety. If you have a problem with swallowing the drug, theoretically it could be crushed, but for the safety and effectiveness of the therapy, I would recommend taking the drug whole.
