If your doctor has advised you to start using the Belara contraceptive pill on day 5 of your cycle, you should start taking the pill on Sunday.
So it is important to start the blister with the first tablet marked as Sunday. Please also remember to additionally protect yourself with another contraceptive method for the first 7 days of use to ensure effectiveness.
