Hello
How much is at risk of serotonic syndrome by taking Zoloft 50 mg one tablet a day for two months? And whether this drug has any significant effect on blood pressure. With a rather low blood pressure of 90/60, 100/70 and a pulse of 60-70.
I will be grateful for an honest answer to my question

The risk of serotonin syndrome during treatment with Zoloft (sertraline) 50 mg/day is low, but cannot be completely ruled out. Sertraline may cause a slight, temporary increase in blood pressure, especially at the beginning of treatment, but in patients with baseline low blood pressure, as in your case, it is unlikely to cause a further decrease in blood pressure. Blood pressure should be monitored closely and any disturbing changes should be reported to the doctor, especially at the beginning of therapy.
