Can I accept Xifaxan before colonoscopy?

I was given Xifaxan before colonoscopy, is it a good idea to take it before and interfere with the examination or is it better to take it after?

Use Xifaxan exactly as your doctor has told you. It is the doctor who determines the legitimacy of the use of the drug in terms of planned tests and the patient's current condition.
