What can be the reason for the appearance of a slightly pink discharge if I started a new blister instead of a placebo pill?

I take yadiza. Today I was supposed to take the placebo pill but due to a trip I started a new blister pack. During a relationship, however, I noticed that I had slight pink discharge. I have always taken the pill correctly.
What can this be due to?

Slight pink spotting when using birth control pills such as Yadiza can be caused by a change in your intake regimen or temporary hormonal imbalances. If the spotting is light and there are no other worrying symptoms, it may be a normal reaction of the body to the dosage modification.
