You did not indicate in your question which tablet the damage to the blister is about.
In the case of green tablets (placebo), you can skip taking the tablet, it does not contain active substances.
If the situation is a white (active) tablet and the blister has only been slightly damaged, the tablet has not changed colour or has not become moist, dissolved or damaged, and the blister has been stored properly (in a dry, shaded place, below 25°C, preferably in the original packaging), it should retain its effectiveness and can be taken without fear.
