Opokan at a dose of 7.5 mg is used as an anti-inflammatory, analgesic and antipyretic drug. It is a preparation used in osteoarticular and muscle pain (e.g. spine, back, knee pain) in the course of rheumatoid and degenerative joint diseases. Opokan can be used in adults and children and adolescents aged 16 years and older. Indications for the use of Opokan are short-term treatment of exacerbations of symptoms of rheumatoid diseases, such as: rheumatoid arthritis, juvenile rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis. The drug is used once a day for a maximum of 7 days. In the event that the pain persists, it is recommended to consult a doctor.

The side effects of Opokan include, m.in, gastrointestinal disorders such as dyspepsia (dyspepsia), nausea (feeling sick) and vomiting, abdominal pain, constipation, flatulence, loose stools (diarrhoea), headache and dizziness (lightheadedness), dizziness or spinning sensation (labyrinth), drowsiness (drowsiness).
