I want to postpone the onset of menstruation for 7 days
If I finish the course of 21 pills and drink another 7 from the new one, then what is the best way to do it then, take a break of 7 days and start again a new pack of 21 tablets or finish the previous one without a break?

The decision is up to you - you can take only 7 additional tablets (then the rest of the package can be used as an emergency pack), as well as the entire package, i.e. 21 tablets, and only then take a break for withdrawal bleeding. Depending on when you take a break, you will have withdrawal bleeding on that date.
