He takes dionelle. Yesterday, on the day of intercourse, I drank about 250 ml of lemon vodka, about half a liter bottle of sprite and garage beer - strawberry and margherita flavor.
I was scared that I could exceed the recommended dose of vitamin C with these drinks, which would weaken the protection. Could you help me estimate what the amount of vitamin C drunk could be, because I myself cannot find this information and suggest whether it is a reason to worry now?

The drinks you consumed in the given amounts certainly did not contain a dose of vitamin C greater than 1000 mg.
I am not responsible for the answers given by other pharmacists (it is also worth taking into account when such an answer was given), but according to current research, vitamin C does not significantly affect the effectiveness of hormonal contraception.
"Vitamin C can affect the effectiveness of contraception when taken in excess of 1000 mg."
this is the answer to one of the questions on your forum, so hence my concern about the dose of vitamin C in the amount of more than 1000mg, which may lead to its reduction..
Lublin vodka and classic green sprite - lemon and lime.
But do you think that in general I rather did not exceed this dose of 1000mg vit C?

The Dionelle leaflet does not state that this interaction occurs: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/23781/dionelle-tabletki/ulotka
In order to estimate the content of vitamin C, you would need detailed ingredients of the products mentioned above, and you did not provide information about what exactly these products were (manufacturer and type - there are many types of sprite drink or lemon vodka).
However, the leaflet of my medicine says this...
Could you try to estimate what dose of vit C I could take?

Vitamin C does not affect the action and effectiveness of hormonal contraception, regardless of the dose. Although vitamin C can cause an increase in the concentration of estrogen in the blood, none of the scientific studies has shown that this increase can weaken the effect of contraception.
If you have used Dionelle tablets as directed, there is no need to worry.
