Can Escapelle cause disorders such as memory loss, concentration problems, and depressive symptoms?

Hello, a week ago I took an escapelle pill, the next day I observed heavy bleeding that persists to this day, I'm not afraid that I will be pregnant. I'm afraid that by taking this pill I could have damaged my brain, for the first 5 days I didn't remember anything, not even where I put my keys, what are the names of some everyday things, great aggression and fear. Nothing makes me happy, please help me
