Is disposable loose stool after taking Axia Is Conti a reason to take another pill?

How can I recognize diarrhea after taking the Axia Conti contraceptive pill? I take a pill every day around 6 p.m. and at 9 p.m. there was a single bowel movement with looser stool. Should I take an extra pill in this situation?

A single loose stool is not diarrhea. Diarrhea is a condition in which a person has frequent, loose, watery stools. This usually means having a bowel movement at least three times a day. Diarrhoea can be acute (short-term) or chronic (long-term).

In your case, there is no reason to worry and there is no need to use another dose of the drug.
