I used elocom for half a year on my face. I only removed and the rash and itching returned. Now the rash area has become larger, maybe from the cream? What to do? What to replace

Using Elocom, which contains mometasone, a synthetic corticosteroid with strong anti-inflammatory effects, for extended periods of time, especially on the face, can lead to side effects such as rashes flare-ups and itching. When you stop using the drug, your symptoms may worsen, which is known as corticosteroid withdrawal syndrome. Enlargement of the rash area may be the result of a reaction to long-term corticosteroid effects.
I encourage you to immediately consult a dermatologist who will assess the condition of your skin and suggest alternative treatments. It is also important to avoid irritating substances and use gentle, moisturizing skin care products.
