Can long-term use of Tadalafil negatively affect potency (ability to erect)? If so, how long can the negative effects last after the drug is discontinued?
Male, period of use: from 27 to 34 years of age (approx. 7 years). Dosage in an ad hoc form before intercourse 1-2 times a week (10mg). With breaks, 2-3 months every six months.

To date, long-term use of Tadalafil has not been reported to reduce the ability to have an erection.
Erection problems may recur after the end of the treatment, because this drug increases blood flow to the penis and gets an erection, so it has a therapeutic effect only during its use, as we wrote in the opinion:
