Hello, I have a question for 2 days I have been taking dilzem retard 90mg and instead of having a lowered pulse I have a pulse of 100, does this drug need to be taken longer to normalize the pulse or is this drug just not for me. I will emphasize that I used to take a bisocard. Please answer me

If the pulse continues to rise in the following days, it is advisable to consult a doctor. Theoretically, the effect of the drug should be observed 3-4 hours after ingestion. Dose adjustment may be required to achieve a therapeutic effect. In order to assess the overall effect of the drug, the appropriate dosage must first be selected. The maximum daily dose is 360 mg.
