Good morning
My 17-year-old son has been taking aripiprazole 5mg for two days. This afternoon he tells me that he feels a pain in his throat and difficulty articulating words. He has no other symptoms apart from fatigue. Is this a serious side effect?

This may be a side effect of taking aripiprazole.
Side effects observed should be reported to the doctor, who will decide on further treatment.
