Can nausea and muscle aches be caused by taking Pylera?

Hello
I am on my 5th day of Pylera. I feel weak with every take. It makes me sick. I feel like vomiting and muscle pain, I stretch a lot in bed when I wake up. I took the COVID test which is negative. Could the taking of Pylera be the cause?

Pylera can cause side effects such as abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting and a general feeling of feeling unwell. In order to avoid gastrointestinal discomfort, it is important to remember to take protective medications (proton pump inhibitors - usually prescribed by the doctor prescribing the treatment) and to use the medication after a meal with adequate water. After taking Pylera, you should remain upright (standing/sitting) for some time to avoid irritation of the esophagus. If the side effects of the drug prevent normal functioning, you should consult a doctor.
