Dionelle contraceptive pills protect against pregnancy even if you ejaculate, provided that they are used correctly and regularly. Dionelle is a combined birth control pill containing estrogen and progestin, which are very effective in preventing pregnancy when taken as directed.
The tablets must be taken at the same time each day. Missing a dose or taking it with a long delay may reduce the effectiveness of contraception. If you have taken the medicine every day, at the same time, without skipping, and you have not taken any medication that may impair the effectiveness of Dionelle (e.g. antibiotics) - in my opinion, there is no reason to take the morning after pill. However, if you are calmer taking the morning after pill - take it as soon as possible. Escapelle - should be taken within 72 hours (3 days) after intercourse. EllaOne - can be taken up to 120 hours (5 days) after intercourse.

To @anonim:

I am glad that I could help to clarify this issue. An interval of 3-4 hours after taking the contraceptive pill before drinking alcohol is generally sufficient and considered safe.

Up to @lillia:

Taking the Escapelle emergency pill can disrupt the menstrual cycle, even with regular use of birth control pills such as Dionelle. Irregular bleeding, earlier or later onset of menstruation, and period-like symptoms are possible. These changes are usually temporary and affect one cycle.

In the case of significant delays in menstruation, unusually heavy or light bleeding, or the occurrence of other disturbing symptoms, it is recommended to consult a doctor. Please remember that emergency contraception should not replace your regular method of contraception.

I read that alcohol has an effect on birth control pills. It's good that you are talking, because I didn't think about it. Is the interval of 3-4 hours from taking the pill okay or should I take a longer one?

lillia (Anonymous, 31.178.116.) 11 months ago

And can my period be different if I took Escapelle despite Dionelle?

To @anonim:

Consumption of one flavoured beer within 24 hours of taking the Dionelle tablet will not significantly affect its contraceptive effectiveness.

However, caution is advised when combining hormonal drugs with alcohol, as this can potentially affect the metabolism of the drug. The most important thing is to take the pills regularly as directed.

If he drinks one flavored beer before 24 hours after taking Dionelle, can it hurt ?

If you can abstain from alcohol consumption for 1-2 days, in my opinion, it will have a better effect on the body than its consumption. The liver may be somewhat burdened with metabolizing drugs and stimulants.

lilla (Anonymous, 31.178.116.) 11 months ago

And excuse me, I'll ask about alcohol or other stimulants? should you hold off for a longer time or a day or two?

Yes, you can eat after taking the "after" pill. There is no need to avoid eating or waiting for a meal after taking emergency contraception.

lilla (Anonymous, 31.178.116.) 11 months ago

Thank you, but I decided to accept it for my own peace of mind. And can I eat something after this pill or should I abstain from food?

No, cigarettes do not affect the effectiveness of protection against pregnancy. After taking the pill, you use the Dionelle contraception in the same way as before, without the need for additional protection. However, please remember that the effectiveness of contraception when used correctly reaches over 99%. This means that less than 1 woman in 100 who use the pill for a year will become pregnant. In the light of this information, it is worth considering the legitimacy of using emergency contraception, but the final decision is yours.

lilla (Anonymous, 31.178.116.) 11 months ago

And can these smoked cigarettes have an effect on the effect? And whether contraception after this pill is preserved or whether you should protect yourself for 7 days additionally

lillia (Anonymous, 31.178.116.) 11 months ago

I will add that I smoked 4 cigarettes tonight ? Could this affect the Escapelle pill? Should I stop drinking alcohol and smoking after taking such a pill, or can I eat normally?
