Hello!
I have been taking the drug Zafrill for two years, as I have endometriosis. Today there was no drug in the pharmacy and the pharmacist assured me that you can buy an analogue, in my case the drug Endovelle and that there is absolutely no difference. Please tell me, is there really no difference and will there be any side effects on the new drug? At first, there were side effects on Zafrilla, then everything returned to normal. Therefore, I am afraid to experiment.

Yes, Zafrilla and Endovelle are medications that contain the same active ingredient dienogest, which is used to treat endometriosis. Dienogest is a progestogen that works by reducing the production of estrogen in the body, which helps to reduce the growth of endometrial tissue.
