At the outset, it should be noted that the drugs mentioned in the question: Zahron (rosuvastatin) and Pitamet (pitavastatin) are subject to prescription, so the legitimacy of their replacement should be assessed by a doctor.
Zahron contains rosuvastatin 10 mg, while Pitamet contains pitavastatin 2 mg. These are different statins with different pharmacological properties. We wrote more about what drug substitutes are here:

Rosuvastatin is usually more potent than pitavastatin at lowering cholesterol levels. Switching to a lower dose of another statin may not provide the same therapeutic effect.
In addition, the dosage of Zahron is determined individually by the doctor, taking into account the purpose of treatment and the patient's response. Changing the medication without consultation can disrupt the established therapy.
