Yes, dry mouth is one of the possible side effects of using this medication.
Bupropion, the active substance in Welbox, is an antidepressant used to treat major episodes of depression and to treat tobacco dependence. Like many other antidepressants, it can cause dry mouth as a side effect.
If you experience dry mouth after 4 months of using Welbox, it is worth
consult with your treating doctor, who can assess whether dry mouth is related to the medication and possibly adjust the dosage or consider alternative treatment. If you are not able to make a face-to-face visit, I attach a link to the online teleconsultation:

In the meantime, you can implement symptomatic treatment:
* Increase hydration by drinking water regularly.
* Consider using special oral moisturizers, such as sprays or lozenges that stimulate saliva production, e.g. xerostemin: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/107151/kserostemin-aerozol-do-stosowania-w-jamie-ustnej-aerozol/apteki
* Avoid factors that may aggravate dry mouth, such as mouth breathing, smoking or alcohol consumption.
Please note that you should not stop or modify Welbox treatment on your own. Any changes in therapy should be consulted with the attending physician. I encourage you to report the symptoms you experience to your doctor, as well as to report the occurrence of an adverse effect of the preparation. Reporting side effects allows you to increase control over medicines available on the market. We wrote more about how and why to report side effects in the article:
