May I know why in the new packaging there is a label that has a completely different turn from the traditional turn I have always done?

In this case, there is no reason to worry. The packaging on the left is produced for the Italian market, and the packaging on the right has inscriptions in Portuguese and is imported in parallel.
Parallel import of medicines is a legal practice used within the EU, consisting in importing medicines from other European Union countries. Parallel imported products are often cheaper than their counterparts sold directly in the country. Parallel imported drugs are often repackaged in simple, white boxes with black inscriptions in Polish, but they contain the original direct packaging (blisters, tubes) from the country of manufacturer.
