Yes, Vixargio 20 mg is a substitute for Xarelto 20 mg, i.e. it contains the same active substance in the same dose, and has the same effect and therapeutic indications. If your doctor has prescribed Xarelto on your prescription, you can get Vixargio from a pharmacy with the same prescription.
