Can I ask a doctor for medikinet if I have been diagnosed with severe adhd, but I am also being treated for addiction to opioids, alcohol and benzodiazepines. From a non-medical point of view, medikinet taken, for example, from a colleague helped me a lot and is there a chance that I will be able to take this drug.

One of the warnings about the use of Medikinet is that "you have ever abused or been dependent on alcohol, prescription drugs or drugs". This does not exclude the possibility of recommending the preparation.
However, the final decision on the recommendation of a specific drug is made by the attending physician. It is the doctor who considers whether the expected benefits of using the drug outweigh the possible risks.
