Is there a risk of pregnancy if I am 11.5 hours late with the Atywia pill and there has been intercourse?
9.99 zł

I'm in the middle of the third pack of Atywia pills, and I didn't take a break for bleeding between the second and third packets. I take the pills regularly, possibly with a few hours delay. Unfortunately, on Monday (day 1 of the second week) I forgot about the pill and took it 11.5 hours late. On the Sunday and Saturday preceding this incident, I had intercourse without additional protection. Is there a risk of pregnancy in this situation?

Stupid question, but are you pregnant? because I have the same situation at the moment and I'm very stressed

Since less than 12 hours have passed since the planned pill, the effectiveness of contraceptive protection is not reduced.
In the described situation, the risk of pregnancy is negligible, but spotting or mid-cycle bleeding may occur - but the protection is maintained, and the situation should then regulate in the next cycle.
