I have been taking Aropilo Sr 2mg for about 5 years for restless leg syndrome, two months ago I lost consciousness and since then I have had frequent dizziness and the feeling that I am about to lose consciousness. I also usually have low blood pressure. Can Aropilo lower my blood pressure or make me dizzy if I have been using it for so many years and dizziness rarely happened to me before?

Yes, Aropilo (ropinirole) can cause dizziness. Ropinirole is a drug used mainly to treat Parkinson's disease and restless legs syndrome (RLS). It acts as a dopamine agonist, which helps improve movement control and reduce symptoms associated with these conditions.
Dizziness is one of the common side effects of ropinirole, especially at the beginning of treatment or when increasing the dose.
