There is no evidence that duloxetine (Dulsevia) attenuates the effects of letrozole (Lametta). Duloxetine is an SNRI (serotonin and norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor) antidepressant, and letrozole is an aromatase inhibitor used to treat breast cancer in postmenopausal women. The two drugs work through different mechanisms, and there are no known direct interactions that can affect the effectiveness of one or the other.
To be safe, I would recommend keeping at least a 2-3 hour gap between the use of both preparations.
