Hello! Can Zafrill be used with Arthr? I have not yet started taking both drugs, but I am just going to.I read in the instructions that Arthur should be used with caution in case of bleeding, so it thins the blood, and Zafrilla can contribute to prolonged bleeding in the first months of use. Isn't it dangerous?
