The symptoms described may be an adverse effect of Escapelle, but the pill should be taken up to 3 days after unprotected intercourse - otherwise it may not be effective. During each subsequent intercourse, you should use standard forms of contraception, such as a condom, because Escapelle does not work "in advance".
