Tadalafil (in small doses and small amounts) is available without a prescription from a pharmacy. It should not be used in case of serious heart disease, heart failure, after a heart attack and after a stroke. Do not take Tadalifil in combination with nitrate-releasing medicines (e.g. nebivolol). When using antihypertensive drugs, caution should be exercised as their effect may be intensified.
