Is late menstruation normal when used Zafrilla?
Hello! I have been taking Zafrill for almost a month because of suspicions of endometriosis.After appendicitis surgery, during menstruation I have pain only in the place where appendicitis was cut out.My periods started every month 3-4 days earlier.Now the delay is already a week.Is it normal when taking Zafrill?

Especially during the first months after starting Zafrilla, changes in the bleeding profile such as spotting, irregular bleeding or amenorrhea may occur.
