Ototalgin is a topical medicine that is not significantly absorbed into the systemic circulation and does not interact with oral medicines such as the contraceptive pill Dionelle. Camphor oil also has no effect on hormonal contraception.

No, choline salicylate does not affect the effects of hormonal contraception.
