There is a high probability that on the 21st day of your cycle you have already ovulated, so the risk of pregnancy is minimal. The mechanism of action of Ellaone is mainly to inhibit/delay ovulation so that conception does not occur at the time of unprotected intercourse. Ovulation usually takes place around day 13-14 of the cycle (in 28-day cycles). The 21st day of the cycle is usually already in the postovulatory infertility phase. Of course, the above calculations apply to regular menstrual cycles.

The proper intake of the pill should take place within 5 days from the moment of intercourse (the sooner, the better). After using Ellaone, you should use a condom for the next time you have sex. Ellaone may interfere with the contraceptive pill (use condoms until the end of your cycle).
