Yes, according to the Summary of Product Characteristics, dyspnoea may be one of the possible side effects of Pylera.
Pylera may cause shortness of breath uncommonly (may affect up to 1 in 100 people), although not everybody gets it. If you experience such symptoms, you should consult your doctor immediately.
