Hello, in my case I had unprotected intercourse. However, there was no ejaculation inside. I realised that we had made a big mistake and took the EllaOne pill about 6 hours after intercourse. I've been very stressed for the past few days. I don't have strong side effects apart from the drier mucus. Please help, what chance do I have to get pregnant? :(

To @Agata:
The stress that accompanies you may delay the date of menstrual bleeding. You can rule out a possible pregnancy by performing one of the pregnancy tests available in online and stationary pharmacies.
Choosing the offer of an online pharmacy allows you to compare prices and order the product with home delivery or personal collection at the pharmacy of your choice:

In cities such as Warsaw, Wrocław, Katowice, Kraków, Lublin, Gdańsk, Łódź, Szczecin, Białystok, Poznań and Chorzów, products can be ordered with instant delivery in as little as 1 hour thanks to the Wolt Drive service.
Throughout November, delivery from Wolt Drive is free on orders from PLN 99 - check if the service is available in your location:

We wrote about what pregnancy test to do and when to do it in the article:

If the result is negative, you should consult a doctor for further diagnosis of menstrual disorders. We wrote more about menstrual disorders in the article:

After the PO pill I got my period after 9 days, it lasted as long as 15 days, I was at the doctor and everything was ok, he said that I should get another one on time, i.e. November 21, and the 4th day if I don't get it, should I be afraid
Maybe I'll write it again, I'm very stressed about my appointment only on Friday

After using a birth control pill such as Escapelle, you may experience changes in your menstrual cycle. It is often the case that menstruation may be delayed or have an unusual course, which may be the result of the hormones contained in the pills.
A 4-day delay in menstruation is a common occurrence, especially after taking such a pill. If the pregnancy test shows one line, it usually means that you are not pregnant. It is worth repeating the test after a few days or consulting a gynaecologist to rule out other causes of late menstruation, such as stress or hormonal disorders.
Good morning
After taking the esceapelle pill after 9 days I got a period that lasted 15 days, once abundant, once again it should be November 21, I am 4 days late, I did tests and 1 dash, is it possible that I will get a period later because of this pill and a period that lasted as long as 15 days

To @Aga this:
ellaOne's main mechanism of action is to delay or inhibit ovulation. If ovulation has not yet occurred when you take the pill, there is a good chance that EllaOne will be able to delay ovulation and reduce the risk of pregnancy.
However, ellaOne is not intended for use before sex. The effectiveness of its action in these cases (i.e. taking it before intercourse) is not exactly known, because no studies have been conducted in this context.
And can the pill taken the day after before unprotected intercourse and without ejaculation in the middle reduce the risk of getting pregnant, does it not work at all, does it get very stressed and I go mad?
I know that you should think before, not after :(

To @Aga this:
Yes, there is some risk of pregnancy, even with intercourse in which ejaculation occurred externally. Spermatozoids may be present in the preejaculate, and since this occurred around the fertile days, the risk increases.
However, taking the "after" contraceptive pill (such as Escapelle) should reduce this risk. This pill works best when taken as soon as possible after sex, but the effectiveness may decrease depending on the timing of the menstrual cycle. For greater peace of mind, it is worth taking a pregnancy test after a reasonable period of time or consulting a doctor.
Confirmation of the lack of pregnancy can be a pregnancy test performed about 10 days after intercourse:
Good morning
On the 2nd day of fertility, after unprotected intercourse, I took esceapale pills for the next day, for my peace of mind, my partner assured me that there was no ejaculation
On the day when I took the pill after about 8 hours, there was unprotected intercourse
Ejaculation was outside after 3 hours there was another intercourse ejaculation was also outside, if I was at risk of pregnancy it took place 3 days before ovulation

If there is no vaginal ejaculation, there is no risk of pregnancy.
ellaOne is an emergency contraceptive medicine, commonly referred to as the 'morning after pill' or 'morning after pill'. The active substance in the morning-after pill is ulipristal acetate, which works by inhibiting or delaying ovulation, which prevents pregnancy. The effectiveness of ellaOne when taken within 24 hours of intercourse is approximately 98%.
