Good afternoon. I drank duphaston for 10 days, as soon as my period starts from the 1st day of the cycle, I was supposed to start taking contraceptive jes plus, but I forgot and started taking contraceptives immediately after finishing taking duphaston. What should I do in this situation and not make things worse for myself?

It is important that you consult your treating doctor about this, as the exact recommendations may depend on your individual health situation and the purpose of your treatment. If you do not have the opportunity to consult your doctor, you can use the teleconsultation here:

As a pharmacist, I can only give you general information on this topic:
Duphaston (dydrogesterone) is a progesterone-containing medication that is sometimes used to prepare the lining of the uterus (endometrium) before starting hormone therapy with estrogen. If you started using contraception immediately after you stopped taking Duphaston, it may have introduced a certain disturbance in the hormonal axis.
Jess Plus anti-contraceptive pills should be started on the first day of bleeding.
The GdziePoLek.pl service also allows you to book medication at a selected stationary pharmacy and collect it upon presentation of a prescription:
