If you did not use any hormonal contraception in the previous cycle, Adaring should be inserted on the first day of menstruation (i.e. on day 1 of the cycle). It is also acceptable to put on the disc between the 2nd and 5th day; In this case, you should use additional protection (condom) for a week.
